thing you lack, so all the health and fitness tips I have to offer come
from that perspective. I'll star ones that are fairly low-maintenance
to prepare. (Low-maintenance doesn't necessarily mean fast - some of
these have longish cooking times.)

have also begun to try to incorporate salad into every meal. I have
some homemade dressings that I make... my favorite is a raspberry
vinaigrette, which is just 1/2 cup of raspberry vinegar, 1 tbsp honey,
and 1 tbsp of chopped mint leaves.
